Eating well often feels synonymous with the need to eat bland food and sacrifice flavor. I’ve learned over the years you can absolutely have delicious and satisfying meals that still fit within a healthful diet, if you know how to use the right ingredients.
That to say, with personal chef services, the sky’s the limit. Want to eat super lean, gluten free, high fiber one week, and totally splurge the next? Go for it. The world is your oyster, or cheeseburger, whichever you prefer.
With personal chef services you have the option each week to select how many or how few dishes you’d like, as well as selecting the specific dishes yourself (choose your own adventure), or not thinking at all (surprise me!)
I will work with you up front to understand any allergies, dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure you’re always receiving meals that align with your household’s needs.
What’s Included:
⁃ menu provided with 100+ items available for you to choose from each week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
⁃ grocery shopping at Whole Foods, with option to add personal items
⁃ weekly kitchen inventory tracking to reduce duplicate purchases and keep pantry and fridge staples stocked
⁃ in home meal prep
⁃ specific reheating instructions per dish
⁃ high end glassware provided for food storage
⁃ full service kitchen cleaning post meal prep
Pricing:
⁃ $85/ hour + cost of groceries
⁃ hourly rate will be charged during grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning
